If you want to move in as an individual or have 1-3 friends this is the perfect apartment for you. I have currently lived here for a 1 year and have ABSOLUTELY loved it! Each bedroom has its own private bath and its own deadbolts. Utilities are included. The community has its own spacious pool, game room, tanning bed, 24-gym, clubhouse, free printing, computer lab, free parking, guest parking, tennis, basketball, volleyball courts. There are always fun community events in which you can earn BIG prizes! Two of my friends won a 50" LCD TV. They are always having catered and free food events. This is really the place to stay if you want the BEST for your money. Its a great deal and the maintenance and staff are very flexible and nice! We have a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house. With kitchen/living room, washer/dryer, backyard, parking space, etc. It's about a 10-15 minute walk or 4 minute bike ride to the UNC campus, a 5 minute drive to Harris Teeter, and a 30 second walk to Franklin Street. So you don't have to worry about catching a bus to campus. It really is an awesome location. I have added some pictures of the house. The room would be unfurnished. You would be living with 3 grad students. I'm a 2nd year pharmacy student, one of my roommates is a first year med school student, and the other is in grad school at NC state. We're all pretty easy going guys. We do also have a dog. Rent is $550 per month + utilities (typically ~$50) The lease runs through May 31, 2010, and you could move in on Dec. 1st-although this is somewhat negotiable. Our current roommate is leaving because he is unable to pay rent, so we are looking for a new roommate who will be able to pay rent and bills on time. Includes electricity, water, cable, and internet. Chapel Ridge has free tanning, a basketball court, tennis courts, and a swimming pool. Also has a free printing lab. Great community of UNC students!
